1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision and use of the Bethel ZKP Storage free trial ("Free Trial") offered by Future CX Pty Ltd, Sydney, Australia, the parent company of Bethel ZKP Storage ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1.2. By registering for the Free Trial, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not register for or use the Free Trial.

2. Free Trial Offer

2.1. The Free Trial provides new users with 1 GB of storage space on the Bethel ZKP Storage platform at no cost for a period of 1 month from the date of registration.
2.2. The Free Trial is available only once per user. Multiple registrations or attempts to obtain more than one Free Trial by any means may result in termination of the Free Trial and/or your account.
2.3. The Free Trial is only available to users who select the basic plan during registration. The Free Trial period starts immediately upon registration and activation of the basic plan.

3. Expiration and Paid Plan Selection

3.1. The Free Trial will automatically expire at the end of the 1-month period. At that time, users must select a paid plan to continue using Bethel ZKP Storage.
3.2. Users who do not select a paid plan upon the expiration of the Free Trial will be given an additional 14 days ("Grace Period") to download their data.
3.3. If a paid plan is not selected by the end of the Grace Period, all data associated with the user's account will be permanently deleted from our system. The Company is not liable for any loss of data after the Grace Period.

4. User Obligations and Restrictions

4.1. The Free Trial is provided solely for the purpose of evaluating the Bethel ZKP Storage service. You may not use the Free Trial for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to the storage or distribution of illegal content, infringement of intellectual property rights, or violation of any applicable laws and regulations.
4.2. Any misuse of the Free Trial, including attempts to circumvent storage limits or engage in activities that may harm the Company, may result in immediate termination of the Free Trial and your account, with or without notice.

5. Termination of the Free Trial

5.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Free Trial at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Free Trial and your account if you violate these Terms or any other applicable terms or policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Free Trial is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Free Trial, including any loss of data.

7. Changes to These Terms

7.1. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Bethel ZKP Storage platform. Your continued use of the Free Trial after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through [Arbitration/Mediation] in Sydney, Australia.
